Mr. Rousos has a diverse background in business and legal affairs including significant experience in leadership positions with publicly-traded corporations, non-profit entities, and professional and trade organizations. He is currently the Director of Economic and New Venture Development at Vanderbilt University's Center for Technology Transfer and Commercialization. Mr. Rousos has also served as the chief human resources officer for a publicly-traded company with 6,000 employees. Prior to that, Mr. Rousos was a practicing attorney. In addition, Mr. Rousos has served on and worked with several public, charitable and advisory boards including the American Red Cross, the Nashville Technology Council and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
